Some people say kratom helps them sleep, but that wasn't the case for me, even with "sedating" reds. Altogether, the benefits I have seen from quitting kratom are pretty much exactly what it looks like when someone recovers from depression. I didn't really consider myself depressed before, but I was certainly worse off than I am now.

Bali is stronger in my opinion. Sounds like you just got a slightly stronger batch. None of it is coming from Sumatra, none of it is coming from Bali. They're both essentially Red Borneo/Indonesian. If you like a specific batch try to get more of that. The next batch might not be the same.
