A machine like a Klutch 140si with spool-gun is light years ahead of the Lincoln in laying beads down..I would like to have a SP-125/135 in my shop.You need to blow out your cable liner, while your doing this make sure your contact tip is clean and unobstructed. Also make sure that your drive roll tension is not to much, enough to move the wire but not enough to push it when you have the wire held at the gun.Cleanliness in a wirefeed insures problem free usability. I am taking a lunch break and going out to weld more of it. A teflon liner is a must. Use 5356 wire 4043 is to soft trust me I have a roll in mine right now. I just bought a lincoln sp 125 for $200 I havent seen it yet my grandpa got it and he is on his way home now he says it is in very good condition.
